Job Descriptions

Barista: Greet customers and offer a welcoming environment; Knowledge of history of our unique location; Knowledge of menu and specialty craft coffee drinks; Make coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to recipe standards; Operate, dial in, and sanitize brewing equipment; Process card transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system; Restock cups, syrups, merchandise, and snacks; Keep clean environment; Independent opening duties; Available mornings & evenings

Bartender: All of Barista + knowledge of wine inventory and be able to make recommendations; Check identification to verify legal drinking age and monitor guest alcohol consumption to prevent intoxication; Basic knowledge of mixed drink techniques for weddings; Restock wine and beer; Closing duties- secure building and outdoor space; Available mid-afternoon & evenings

Event Crew members: Able to lift up to ~50 pounds; place, move, and remove chairs and tables for weddings; Able to follow simple floor plans and diagrams unique to each event; Assist event planner before, during, and after wedding; Operate calmly and swiftly among wedding guests; Assist wedding bartenders during high rush moments; Handle event decor with care and respect; Available Saturdays (shifts available morning, afternoon, & evening) and/or Sunday mornings
